The characters that appear in the film have been recreated with attention to detail, including the shine and wrinkles on their suits and their distinctive masks, which are based on the works of Taro Okamoto.

The lineup includes five types: TAROMAN Robot, Sun Mask of Sun Tower, Underground Sun, Mini TAROMAN, and Justice Monster Pitcher Baron.
